This house, while small, is cozy and comfortable and has as much living space outside as inside. This is a container house with a screen porch, WiFi, full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom allowing you to experience indoor and outdoor living with all the comforts of home. If you have ever thought you could live in a small space, now is the time to try it out!

The living area is comfortable and functional with a recliner and a futon (twin size) that is suitable for sleeping an extra guest, and a small dining table. It has a full-size electric stove, apartment size refrigerator (additional one on porch), bathroom area with washer/dryer and bedroom with a full-size bed. It is fully stocked with all your basic cooking needs and Wi-Fi access throughout. The outdoor living space is awesome and makes this property seem twice its size. The container sits in an area of town that makes you feel like you are in the country (wooded area on two sides) while feeling the safety of neighbors. If you want a cozy, peaceful place to escape or stay while in the area, this is your place!

Want to make it a glamping experience with family or friends and have all the comforts of a shower, kitchen and indoor toilet? Bring your own tent and set it up behind the house with access to the house from the backside through the bedroom. The cost is $10 per person for those staying in a tent.

NOTE: The Airbnb Calendar is only open a month ahead since this is also an extended stay option. Always ask about availability further out because it just might be possible.
