All Properties

All properties are nicely furnished, fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy a hassle-free stay.   Plus you get the whole house to yourself!  Each house is located in nice, safe neighborhoods and we pride ourselves in providing a clean, homelike feel to make your stay a great experience.    We have a self-check in process and just prior to your arrival, you will be given a key code to gain entry and will use this throughout your stay.

All homes come with the following amenities:

• Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, hair dryer
• Kitchen where you can prepare your own meal including refrigerator, stove, microwave. We have coffee, coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils, glasses and basic spices to make meal prep a breeze.
• Bed sheets with bed liners, pillows, blankets, hangers

• Washer & Dryer (in all homes, except Cabin 1 & 2 and Cottage 1 & 2 at Rustic Retreat)

• WiFi, TV with Netflix and Prime, Alexa for music

 Minimum Stay

• Minimum Stay of 2 nights required at some properties for the following days:
• Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends each year
• October 1 to January 31..

 Around Oswego 

Enjoy the small-town charm of Oswego.  Be sure to visit our  business Black Crow Trading Company, one of the nicest flea markets you will ever visit (antiques, custom shirts, farmhouse decor, gifts and more). The Chicken Coop, Blessed Roots, Labette Hardware,  A Cup of Grace Coffee Shop and the Oswego Drug Store all offer unique items for a small town. 

Also, be sure to visit our beautiful City Park, you will not find one nicer in Southeast Kansas.  There are lots of charming towns to explore in Southeast Kansas if you plan to venture out on a road trip. Information on local shops and things to do can be found in each house.
